This charming cottage is located in the village of Tal-y-Bont in the heart of the Conwy Valley, close to the Snowdonia National Park. The cottage dates from the 19th Century & was originally home to a local farmer & his family. To the rear of the property, the garden looks across fields towards the River Conwy and the cliffs on the far side of the valley. Facing the front of the cottage are the mountains of the Snowdonia National Park. 

The cottage provides excellent  quality  accommodation for up to 6 guests & offers the perfect base from which to explore Snowdonia, the Conwy Valley & the North Wales coast. It has recently been re-graded as four star accommodation following an inspection by the Welsh Tourist Board.

  • 28" TV, DVD player and Sky Freesat. There is also a range of videos and DVD for use by guests. 

  • Enclosed lawned rear garden overlooks the river valley and fields which are usually full of sheep. 

  • Ample car parking available and bikes can be locked away in the stone shed in the garden.
